Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $75. Flat rate of $5.99 on orders under $75.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Shipping
We are working on expanding our international shipping options. Please check back soon for updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@dralexda.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We work hard to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. During busy periods, processing and fulfillment may take a little longer.
For standard shipping within the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, although some orders may take up to 11 business days.
For express shipping, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 1–4 business days after shipment.
For international orders outside the United States and Canada, delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and local shipping conditions. Please see our “Do You Ship Internationally?” section for more information.
